Nadia Immo Services places great importance on protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

2. Data collected

We only collect the data necessary for our services:

• Member account: last name, first name, email address, phone number, password (stored in encrypted form, never in plain text);
• Listing submission: property characteristics, location, photographs, price;
• Requests and messages: name, contact details and content of messages sent via the forms or property pages;
• Favourites: stored locally in a cookie on your device, not linked to a central profile;
• Technical data: IP address and connection logs, for security purposes.

Your data is accessible, strictly as necessary:

• to the Nadia Immo Services teams in charge of moderation and follow-up;
• to the agent or partner concerned by a listing when you contact them;
• to the technical providers (hosting, email sending) acting on our behalf;
• to the authorities when the law requires it.

We neither sell nor rent your personal data to third parties.

5. Retention period

• Member account: for the entire lifetime of the account, then [period, e.g. 1 year] after its closure;
• Listings: as long as they are displayed, then archived for evidentiary purposes;

The Site uses a limited number of cookies:

• a session cookie necessary for login and form protection (anti-CSRF token);
• a favourites cookie storing the properties you save, on your device only.

These cookies are strictly functional. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. You can delete them at any time from your browser settings.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008, you have a right of access, rectification, objection and deletion of your data. You can exercise these rights:

• directly from your client area for your account information and your listings;
• by writing to us at nadiaimmoservices@gmail.com or via our contact form.

In the event of a disagreement, you may refer the matter to the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (CDP) of Senegal, the authority responsible for ensuring compliance with the law.

8. Security

We implement appropriate measures to protect your data: passwords stored as an encrypted hash, single-use reset links with a limited lifetime, role-based access control to the back office. As no system is infallible, we recommend choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential.

9. Transfers outside Senegal

If some technical providers host data outside Senegal, these transfers are governed in accordance with Law No. 2008-12 and, where applicable, subject to CDP authorisation. [Specify the host and the hosting country.]
